- Josh O'Neil Review added: 2018.03.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ordered a hair straightener for a present via the click and collect service online. Came to collect the order with my order number and ID and got given the product, no issue at all. However *no receipt was given to me*.
However, the gentleman at the click and collect stand told me that I’d have to go to the customer services to remove the security tag. So I did, and was told by the lady she couldn’t as I didn’t have a receipt (I wasn’t given one). Then had to follow the lady back to the C&C. I then stood for 5 minutes whilst the two colleagues argued over no receipt being given and tags on the product.
I work in retail myself, and fully understand that miscommunications happen once in a while. However standing watching two colleagues argueing in front of a customer is disgraceful. I won’t be ordering from Dudley’s C&C again I’m afraid.
