I find this Jobcentre excellent with the exception of 1 person on the ground floor in the way of his blunt approach in verbally speaking to me showing no care or compassion.
Although the staff i have been in contact with on the first floor have been excellent especially my work coach in the way of their behaviour in speaking to myself, showing care and compassion.
All questions i have had for my work coach through universal credit have been answered promptly.
This is why i give this Jobcentre a 4 star review.
