Turn up at 12.30, it’s gonna be 20 minutes before anyone can look at it as we’ve got a backlog of cars from last night... and then it’s 30/40 minutes to repair.
If you knew there was a backlog, don’t say come in at 12.30.
Nice, polite and professional both on the phone and over the counter but don’t tell me there’s free time when clearly there isn’t! Waste of time.
